Local Pickup
You're always welcome to pick up your order from our Sausalito shop. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll let you know as soon as your items are ready.
Nationwide Shipping
We offer sustainable ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Please note: At this time, we’re unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam.
Oversized & Furniture Pieces
Larger items—like furniture or oversized vintage finds—require a little extra care. For these, we’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote and help coordinate the best delivery option for your location. Just reach out to us before placing your order.
Shipping Timelines
In-stock orders typically ship within 3–4 business days. Timing may vary slightly based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Bay Area Delivery
If you’re local and interested in delivery for a larger piece, contact us directly for a custom quote. We’ll work with you to find a time and option that’s convenient.
Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Shipments
We take great care in packing each order, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know within 24 hours by emailing hello@themarinmerchant.com.
Submissions received after this window may be subject to review.
Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and keeping an eye on your tracking link for updates.
