Collection: Artist in Residence- Mika Street

Mika Street is a Mill Valley, California-based fine art photographer whose work explores the beauty of landscapes, seascapes, and travel.

Born in Israel, Mika spent three years of her childhood living aboard a sailboat, an experience that sparked a lifelong love of travel and exploration. That early exposure to diverse cultures and landscapes continues to shape her work today.

Before pursuing photography full-time, Mika worked at one of the Big Five consulting firms and later built and operated successful Pilates studios in New York City and the Hamptons. Although her career took several unexpected turns, photography remained a constant passion. After stepping away from business to raise her two children, she returned to the medium with a renewed perspective.

Drawn to natural light and quiet moments, Mika creates images that invite viewers to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience a sense of calm and wonder.
