Inspired by a visit to a local Portola Valley farm, this finishing salt captures the sweet, sun-ripened depth of heirloom tomatoes at their peak. Sous Salt infuses hand-harvested French grey sea salt from the Guérande Marshes with sun-dried heirloom tomato, celery seed, basil, and onion — the result is a salt with just a hint of complex, garden-fresh sweetness that makes everything taste more considered.
